Abstract submission is free of charge and does not require registration to the Congress or any other binding commitments. You will have to register after being accepted, in order to be part of the program. So, you can submit now and decide later.

Presenting your abstract at WSC will allow people to know that you are doing research in this area and will allow you to connect to future collaborators. Discuss your findings with experts from around the world and meet with your colleagues who are interested in your topic.
In the virtual WSC format, even more people will have a chance to see your results and get in touch with you – during or after the Congress! Your research will gain wide exposure, you will get more feedback and ideas, and your name will be recognized in the online program.
Accepted abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by the Early Registration Deadline will be scheduled for presentation and included for publication in the International Journal of Stroke (IJS).
The World Stroke Organization offers a scholarship for physicians aged 40 or less who are residents of a country classified with low-income and lower-middle-income economies*. You can apply for the Young Investigator Award via the abstract submissions system while submitting your abstract.
